He started golfing in 2005, when he became a member of the German golf-club Aldruper Heide in Greven. Having played there as an amateur he achieved Hcp 6. On 1 January 2007 he was accepted into the PGA Germany and he worked as an assistant trainer at the „Patrick Pitch und Putt in Munster“ public course. On 1 January 2009, he transferred to the PGA C and currently works at the resort of Darovanský dvůr.
Lessons may also be given in German.
